All components—pins, bushings, and forged link plates—are precision-manufactured to tight tolerances to ensure joint integrity, perfect fit, and superior sealing performance. Components undergo full heat treatment, while the track surface of each link plate is induction-hardened, resulting in enhanced wear resistance and extended service life.
Our lubricated dozer chain links are internally lubricated, reducing internal friction and wear between pins and bushings, thereby significantly extending service life under extreme operating conditions. Each connection point is stress-tested to minimize leakage risks during operation. Compared to traditional greased chains, our lubricated chains offer a 30% to 50% increase in service life.
We also offer custom chain solutions upon request, including heavy-duty and extended-wear-life (EWL) chains; these feature larger bushings with deeper carburized layers and higher link plates, designed for maximum durability and longevity.
